New control systems pharmaceutical plant
Granitor was engaged to modernize and replace the control systems in two of the key processes within the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. WFI (Water For Injection) and ventilation for clean room production
The prerequisite for the project was to be able to carry out commissioning during a shorter winter break. To succeed with this, Granitor chose to simulate the process in detail within the SIMIT platform and to perform extensive FAT in a simulated environment.

The simulation platform made us achieve higher quality by minimizing risks during implementation, which in turn minimized set-up times and enabled production to start with as few errors as possible right from the start. Granitor Systems significantly reduced commissioning time and the validation effort, since they were carried out before time schedule and with very successful results
