These companies are either marketed united under the shared Granitor brand, as independent brands, or included as portfolio companies in Granitor’s investment portfolio. The Granitor GroupGranitor is a second-generation family business. With its base in the Nordic region, the organization operates in three portfolios: Contracting, Properties, and Invest. Granitor’s parent company, Granitor Holding AB, is owned by the Wikström family, with the board composed of the three Wikström brothers: Roger (Chairman), Christer, and Stefan. They represent the second generation after their father, Lennart, who co-founded the company in 1996 (originally branded as Midroc). Granitor also manages some of the Al Amoudi family’s assets in Sweden, where they are managed and developed according to Granitor’s management philosophy and marketed as part of Granitor.
