Silkeborg Varme A/S

The new Flue gas condensing unit in Silkeborg will be connected to an existing gas power plant that delivers 110 MW electricity and almost as much in district heating. The Flue gas condensing unit will increase the district heating production with almost 50 MW. 

The project, which is a turnkey contract, includes heat pumps, a natural gas boiler and two accumulator tanks. Midroc Automation is responsible for design, construction, procurement, purchasing, execution, commissioning and handover of the project to the customer Silkeborg Varme A / S. 

A new law for environment and climate act in Denmark is contributing to an increased demand of energy efficient solutions and the market of sustainable productivity is growing in Denmark as well as the rest of northern Europe. Midroc Automation are happy to be a part of this development and our project capability means that we have the capacity - in terms of resources and finances - to carry out this type of large and complex project.
